Our Move Managers are currently servicing major financial institutions and corporations. We integrate with their existing teams on a daily basis to ensure we work within their time schedule in order to meet their needs. Although they are SIR employees their objective is to understand and to fully embrace the client’s move-plan, operating with minimum disruption to deliver the project on schedule and within budget.

Scaleable

SIR has managed projects that have involved 30 employees up to 1000 employees over a single move weekend. We are able to accommodate tight project timelines understanding that our client’s have urgent and important requests. Our range of services allows you to decide and control the level of involvement in which you would like SIR to participate. We can execute a move based on a PROJECT SCHEDULE and SEATING PLAN provided to us or we can PROJECT PLAN a complete move migration which includes, SPACE PLANNING, FILE MANAGEMENT, IT AUDITS, PACKING CLINICS, MOVE MANGEMENT PROCEDURES AND PROCESS right through to POST-MOVE requirements for employees, such as HELPLINES and NEW FACILITY ORIENTATION. Our approach and proven methodology is supported by our MOVEKIT™ which comprises of templates, checklists and milestone trackers.
